G Optimus Pro, LG Android Phones

LG introduces its newest Android smartphone wild. Optimus M Pro, as the name implies, it bears class specification. Like what?

Nokia Maybe Better if using Android

As Nokia's rumored revenue decline. Various criticisms of this whack Finnish vendor. The critics even mentioned the Nokia should choose Windows instead Android Phone 7 (WP7).

Microsoft menaikkan pembayaran lisensi ke HTC


Jakarta - HTC indeed has agreed to pay Microsoft for licenses on each Android phone. But it seems Microsoft has not been satisfied with it. Software giant is making big plans to increase setorannya.
Reported, Microsoft will charge USD 7.50 - USD 12.50 per unit of mobile phone. Report Citibak Securities said, this amount rose from $ 5 which becomes the current license fee.
Analysts estimate the industry, this step would increase payments HTC license to Microsoft more than 50 percent to a level comparable with that deposited capital.

Paid Android Application No Practice



CALIFORNIA - According to the latest analysis about business opportunities in the mobile platform, users often avoid paid applications, especially among users of Android.

Firm Distimo analysis found approximately 80 percent of paid applications, especially for the Android platform, just downloaded less than 100 times. Meanwhile, only 20 percent downloaded free application that is less than 100 times. Similarly, as reported by PC Pro, on Friday (27/05/2011).

Android Market Predicted to overthrow the "App Store"


As the growing popularity of Android, the number of applications developed for this operating system more and more. Even predicted soon, applications on the Android Market will be higher in number than the Apple App Store.

Research from Research2guidance company in Germany said that though initially slow, the growth of Android Market began to exceed the Apple Store. In April 2011, as many as 28 thousand new application added to Android Market, compared to 11 thousand in the App Store.

Until May 2011, the Android Market had 294,738 applications. This amount is approaching the App Store that had 381,062 applications at the same time.

By analyzing several factors such as higher growth than the App Store, Android applications, Research2guidance predict the number of applications will exceed the Android Market App Store around August 2011.

Research2guidance also revealed several other points. For example only 36% paid Android applications, compared with 60% application in the App Store. Apple's revenue edges will still be higher than Google.
